As the lead designer for the YSB account, I collaborated closely with project managers internally, and the product managers on the client side. Upon joining the team, I worked with the existing brand voice and look, and elevated it to be more visually dynamic, We regularly delivered display ads, social media ads, website assets, and UI projects.

Being the lead designer on the Instacart account was an incredible experience. We collaborated closely with the Instacart marketing team, as well as a third-party media buyer who provided us with valuable insights about ad performance. During the middle of our contract, Instacart went through a major rebrand, which meant we had to very swiftly creatively pivot to match the new brand. Due to the sudden new direction, there were very few creative assets to work off of, and I enjoyed the challenge and opportunity to contributing to the new voice of the company.

I began as the lead designer for the Lyft account just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was such a unique experience, ideating and strategizing advertising content during such a confusing time. There were many rapid shifts in direction, changes in Lyft policy (i.e. no images of drivers without masks) — we had to get very creative. We relied heavily on motion graphics and illustration. Additionally, I utilized a new process which automated the coupon codes and associated copy for large batches of ads.

Having many connections within the credit union industry of Florida, due to being a teller during college, I have a lot of knowledge about financial technology, and customer-facing UI strategies. I collaborated closely with the development team and product managers for the launch of PEFCU's new online banking systems. Using Figma, we created a design system and working prototype and were able to hit all deadlines with ease.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked closely with the Ad Council to connect with the AAPI community. There was a lack of information about the vaccine available to speakers of Asian languages, and in order to reach them, we created a process where we could batch produce informational ads about the vaccine in 4 different languages, automatically. We used a similar system to create informational flyers. As a lover of typography and alphabets, and an advocate for the AAPI community, this was such an interesting and treasured project.
